Words, words, words

Editor's Note; We are pleased to confirm that The Funkie Junkie Boutique will be open for business from Friday May 16th (with shipping starting May 19th). To celebrate all the changes at the Boutique you can get 10% off your orders by using the coupon code stockup4summer, valid from May 19th through May 22nd.

Hello, it's Sue here hosting the second week of our challenge 'Words, Words, Words'. For this challenge instead of an image let a word take centre stage. A single word can speak volumes, so let them do the talking! This could be on any kind of project you like, a layout, an altered item, a journal page, you choose, but no stamped sentiments allowed!

The Top Pick chosen by the Design Team will earn a Guest DT spot here at Frilly and Funkie and one randomly chosen entry will win a $25 spending spree at The Funkie Junkie Boutique!

The guidelines for entering are simple: create a new project, link it below and make sure you add a link in your post (not just your blog) back to this challenge. You can combine our challenge with up to 10 challenges (including this one) to be in with a chance of winning.

Please make sure you follow these rules as unfortunately we have had to eliminate entrants from the prize draws in the past when they have entered too many other challenges. Also, please be sure to turn off your Word Verification so our Design Team can leave comments on your blogs.

Alongside the Funkie side of the Design Team we are thrilled to welcome back Marjie Kemper as a special Guest Designer. Since leaving her position as a founding member of the team she has gone on to become a Certified Ranger Educator, teaching mixed media classes at stores and retreats, and having her work published in several major stamping and mixed media magazines. To find out much more about Marjie's and the rest of the Funkie team's projects, just click on their names and you will be taken directly to their blogs.
